By car
From Mumps roundabout
Take the exit signposted for Huddersfield (A62 / Huddersfield Road).
Continue up the hill to the third set of traffic lights (just beyond Tesco).
Turn left (A672 / Ripponden Road).
Go up the hill for about half a mile.
You will see a light-controlled pedestrian crossing.
Turn left into Broadbent Road, immediately after this crossing.
Head to the end of Broadbent Road, past the school and houses.
The turning is on the left, immediately after passing the last set of houses and before you reach Broadbent Autos.
By bus
83 Manchester-Sholver
The 83 runs frequently from Manchester to Sholver, via Oldham bus station. It usually takes about 10-15 minutes to get from Oldham to our nearest bus stop.
The simplest way is to get off the bus on Ripponden Road, just beyond Bargain Booze (and opposite Counthill Road). You can then double-back on yourself slightly, and walk down Broadbent Road. You will pass a school, then a few houses on the left, where the road narrows. We are on the left, immediately afterwards.
81 Manchester-Derker
The 81 is a frequent service from Manchester to Derker, via Oldham bus station. The service will take you to the club’s back gate on Whetstone Hill Lane (opposite Thackeray Road). Please check that this gate will be open before you make your journey, as it is a relatively long walk to get round to our main entrance.
